Complete documentation is contained in the FxFoto Help included
with all editions.
We are proud of our Help documentation, which is a lot more extensive
than what you find for most software products.
So please use the FxFoto Help as the first line of support.
Taking a little time to read some of the documentation
may often go along way toward explaining things and solving your problems.

Also, please click here for answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
We update this information as we answer questions from our users.

And click here for on-line versions of various FxFoto Tutorials.

Contacting Triscape

Please use the form below to submit questions and comments to our FxFoto
support staff. You are also welcome to FAX support questions to us
at 1.603.890.6659.
We answer most questions quickly, often within hours.

Before you ask us a question, please check to make sure it is not
covered in the documentation.
If possible, upgrade to the most recent version of the software
before contacting us. Use the "Check Latest Version Online" command
in the FxFoto Help menu to determine whether your copy is up to date.
If you are a registered user,
please also provide your name and registration serial number
(for example FA1.2.12345),
which appears in the last line of the "licensed to" area of the
About FxFoto dialog reached from the Help menu.

Please give us as much background as possible with your question,
including the exact text from error messages and
exactly what you were doing prior to encountering the problem.
We also need the Windows version and/or Camera model you are using
plus any other details that seem relevant.

Remember that we particularly value your comments and feedback.
So please take an extra moment to add your general impressions
along with your support questions.
Once again, thank you for your support,
which allows us to provide the best possible support in return.
Please give us as much detail as possible, including
your registration serial number, the product name and version number,
your Windows version and the make and model of
your digital camera or device.
If possible, please detail what you did prior to experiencing
a problem and whether you can make the problem recur.
