Privacy Policy
It is our policy at Triscape to treat customer information,
including names, credit cards and e-mail addresses, as private and confidential.
We do not release any such information to other parties.
When customers or potential customers supply us with contact information
such as e-mail addresses, we may contact them infrequently with new product
information or offers.
Triscape products never contain spy-ware, ad-ware or virus-like features.
They do not collect or send your information over the Internet,
except photos or maps you choose to publish or e-mail.
And they do not show you unsolicited advertisements
(except for Triscape software upgrade offers).
Other Policies
We guarantee our customers' satisfaction for a period of at least sixty
days after purchase.
If you encounter a problem and we do not handle it to your satisfaction,
or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with a Triscape product for any reason,
we are happy to refund your purchase price
(less any shipping and handling fees).
Customer satisfaction is our goal.
To qualify for a refund, all supplied media must be returned and all other
copies of the Triscape software must be destroyed.
Triscape may require a signed agreement that all copies of the software
have been destroyed.
When you purchase a Triscape software license, you can receive
free minor upgrades for a period of one year.
You can also receive free major upgrades
(whose version numbers differ before the last decimal point)
for a period of sixty days.
There is a shipping and handling fee for upgrades delivered on CD-ROM.
While these policies are subject to change, the policies in effect
at the time of your purchase remain in effect for your license.

Both "Triscape" and "FxFoto" are registered trademarks of Triscape, Inc.
In addition, "Triscape Maps", "FxFoto Viewer", "FxViewer", "Portable Pictures" and "Gyro Draw" are
trademarks of Triscape, Inc.
